01 General Terms

By accessing or using the ck222 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between ck222 and every user of the platform.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. ck222 reserves the right to update these terms at any time and will endeavour to notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use ck222. This platform is intended solely for users aged 21 and above. During registration, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one personal account. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual, or by members of the same household, is considered a prohibited activity. ck222 reserves the right to close all accounts involved.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

• Provide your full legal name (as shown on your national ID).
• Provide an active mobile number and email address.
• Be prepared to supply any documents required for identity verification.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your ck222 login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount at ck222 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits can be made using the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The same minimum amount applies to all payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made by users whose accounts have been verified.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• ck222 may request additional documentation to review unusual transactions.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, applied to the bonus amount only (not to the deposit plus bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies only to eligible users.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• A bonus may be usable only on specific games or game categories.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• ck222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The ck222 platform offers a range of gaming options, including sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as live casino, slots, and fishing games.

6.1 Betting Rules

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled.
• ck222 reserves the right to void odds that were set incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Bets will be settled only after the match result has been verified.
• Betting arbitrage or systematic bonus exploitation is prohibited.

6.2 Gaming Policy

All game outcomes are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). Ensuring fair play in casino games is a priority for ck222. Any dispute over a game result will be resolved through a review of the casino logs, and ck222's decision shall be final.

07 VIP & Loyalty Program

The ck222 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits are based on individual gaming history and activity. ck222 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck222 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using betting software, bots, or automated methods.
• Hacking accounts or attempting to compromise the site's security.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

In the event of any such violation, ck222 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses, seize the account balance, and permanently close the account.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

ck222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

In the event of account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be reviewed and settled accordingly. Users who wish to close their own account may contact the support team.

10 Responsible Gaming
